Hi Nick,

Just a quick e mail to thank you, and Julia, for our welcome and treatment yesterday, when we visited your Company. I am retired now, but have spent a lifetime as manager of various manufacturing Companies, and many Companies talk about customer service, but none gave a welcome as warm and helpful as Julia and your staff gave us on our visit yesterday. Our visit was a pleasure and we would like to thank everyone that we met. Our son Dan is a farmer, and having just purchased a new pickup, he inquired locally from friends and local Companies, where he could get it fitted with the aluminium linings. He was recommended to come to you. It was dark when we reached the farm last night , but he was delighted when he saw what you had done and the quality of the workmanship. When we were leaving , we saw the dog kennel in the workshop, and Dan is looking for a solution for his dogs, so hopefully you should receive another order in the future. We too, have talked about buying a new 4x4, and if and when we do, we too will talk to you for a dog kennel for our new car as well. Again, thank you for our visit, David and Marie Cadman
